At Arabesque, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the receipt or packing slip is included inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
